Homemade Ice Cream What could be better on a summer afternoon than homemade ice cream? Nothing, as far as I'm concerned. So I want to share with you my favorite recipe for strawberry ice cream First you will need an ice cream maker. I personally use a Cuisinart yogurt and ice cream maker that I have had for years. Then you will need 1/2 pound of hulled strawberries chopped and added to a blender. Plus, 1 3/4 whole milk, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. After you blend the ingredients pour it into the ice cream maker and freeze and enjoy! If you have any special homemade ice cream recipes I would love to hear about them. Just leave me a comment.
